Boundaries 101

A foundational course in emotional boundaries, capacity, and self-trust

Developed through years of clinical practice, Boundaries 101 is now offered through the

Intentional Curiosity Collective

as a self-paced learning experience.

Founded by Dawn McKelvie Cyr, MA,

the Intentional Curiosity Collective is a learning space created to make therapeutic concepts more accessible, reflective, and human.

Here, you’ll find self-paced courses, guided reflections, and practical tools designed to support emotional capacity, boundaries, and meaningful life transitions.

In the Boundaries 101 course, you'll be supported in learning how to:

• recognize when your boundaries are being stretched or crossed
• understand the emotional patterns that keep you over-giving or self-silencing
• respond with clarity rather than guilt, reactivity, or shutdown
• rebuild trust in your internal signals and emotional capacity
• move from people pleasing honouring your own needs
